Ammunition Accountability Act
- Attempt to pass legislation that will require hand guns and Assault
weapon ammo to have an identifier on the bullet.
A tax of 5 Cents per round will be added to the cost of ammunition. Could be
used to add the same requirement on Rifles and Shotguns.
All ammunition not coded will have to be destroyed. READ about this bill and
fight its passage in the Legislature. UPDATE: Currently
the legislation is in limbo due to technical problems of the coding, however
watch for this legislation to pick up steam with the new Democratic
Administration
in Washington and Kentucky.

Preserve offers Pheasant
Hunting, Chukar Hunting, Quail Hunting, Sporting Clays, Shotgun Trap
and Skeet, Sport Shooting,
Reloading supplies, Sporting clays tournaments, Skeet Tournaments, Trap
Tournaments and an Annual
Side by Side tournament held in August every year. Dale and his wife Jean,
Walbieser will make you
feel right at home. Please visit the site and check out the facilities. There
is a Lodge being built on the
property and it is partially done. There is a roaring wood fire for you to
warm up at when the hunt is done.
Prices at Sugar Creek are very competitive and the cover has been planted
to match that of areas in
Nebraska, and Kansas. The birds fly good here, and the challenge of the
hunts here are exceptional. I
should know. I have hunted the Sugar Creek Preserve myself. If you want to
organize a Competitive Sporting Clays, Trap or Skeet shoot you can't go wrong by going to Sugar Creek Hunting Preserve.Excellent Trap, Skeet, and Sporting Facilities and Dale and Jean will treat you like family.
